Garrison Smith, our 155th ranked defensive end, is best suited to be a depth backup. We project he will end up with the Indianapolis Colts because they could use a player of this quality to play defensive end. The Colts currently have 126 healthy defensive ends, and none are rated better than Smith.

The Colts currently have no defensive ends under contract beyond the 2027 season, so Smith may only be getting a short term deal, considering his age, with the team.
