Jay Bromley, our 41st ranked defensive tackle, is best suited to
be a primary backup. We project he will end up with the New York Jets because they
could use a player of this quality after losing Sheldon Rankins and Al Woods for an extended period of time. The Jets
currently have 4 healthy defensive tackles, and 1 is
rated better than Bromley: (Quinton Jefferson).
The Jets currently have no
defensive tackles under contract beyond the 2026 season,
so Bromley may only be getting a short term deal, considering his age, with the team.
