Jay Bromley, our 213rd ranked defensive tackle, is best suited to
be a depth backup. We project he will end up with the New York Jets because they
could use a player of this quality after losing Al Woods for an extended period of time. The Jets
currently have 10 healthy defensive tackles, and 6 are
rated better than Bromley: (Quinnen Williams, Quinton Jefferson, Jalyn Holmes, Will Mcdonald, Micheal Clemons, and Tanzel Smart).
The Jets currently have no
defensive tackles under contract beyond the 2027 season,
so Bromley may only be getting a short term deal, considering his age, with the team.
