Derrick Jones, our 222nd ranked cornerback, is best suited to be a depth backup. We project he will end up with the Philadelphia Eagles because they could use a player of this quality to play cornerback. The Eagles currently have 13 healthy cornerbacks, and 3 are rated better than Jones: (Darius Slay, Avonte Maddox, and Quinyon Mitchell).

The Eagles currently have no cornerbacks under contract beyond the 2027 season, so Jones is probably looking at a one year deal, due to his rank, with the team.
