David Rivers, our 14th ranked cornerback, is best suited to be a starter. We project he will end up with the Buffalo Bills because they could use a player of this quality after losing Kyron Brown for an extended period of time. The Bills currently have 9 healthy cornerbacks, and none are rated better than Rivers.

The Bills currently have no cornerbacks under contract beyond the 2027 season, so Rivers may only be getting a short term deal, considering his age, with the team.
