Dashaun Amos, our 103rd ranked cornerback, is best suited to be a primary backup. We project he will end up with the Detroit Lions because they could use a player of this quality after losing Mike Hughes for an extended period of time. The Lions currently have 7 healthy cornerbacks, and none are rated better than Amos.

The Lions currently have no cornerbacks under contract beyond the 2026 season, so Amos might get longer than a one year deal with the team.
