Cody Parkey, our 41st ranked kicker, is best suited to be a primary backup. We project he will end up with the Oakland Raiders because they could use a player of this quality to play kicker. The Raiders currently have only 0 healthy kickers, and none are rated better than Parkey.

The Raiders currently have no kickers under contract beyond the 2028 season, so Parkey may only be getting a short term deal, considering his age, with the team.
