Tuzar Skipper, our 105th ranked linebacker, is best suited to be a primary backup. We project he will end up with the Kansas City Chiefs because they could use a player of this quality to play linebacker. The Chiefs currently have 6 healthy linebackers, and none are rated better than Skipper.
