Josh Keyes, our 36th ranked linebacker, is best suited to be a starter. We project he will end up with the Jacksonville Jaguars because they could use a player of this quality to play linebacker. The Jaguars currently have 6 healthy linebackers, and none are rated better than Keyes.

The Jaguars currently have no linebackers under contract beyond the 2026 season, so Keyes may only be getting a short term deal, considering his age, with the team.
