David Long, our 185th ranked cornerback, is best suited to be a depth backup. We project he will end up with the New York Jets because they could use a player of this quality after losing Anthony Brown for an extended period of time. The Jets currently have 8 healthy cornerbacks, and none are rated better than Long.

The Jets currently have no cornerbacks under contract beyond the 2027 season, so Long is probably looking at a one year deal, due to his rank, with the team.
