Tyler Kroft, our 60th ranked tight end, is best suited to
be a primary backup. We project he will end up with the Minnesota Vikings because they
could use a player of this quality after losing James O'Shaughnessy for an extended period of time. The Vikings
currently have only 2 healthy tight ends, and 1 is
rated better than Kroft: (Irv Smith).
The Vikings currently have no
tight ends under contract beyond the 2026 season,
so Kroft may only be getting a short term deal, considering his age, with the team.
