Sutton Smith, our 340th ranked linebacker, is best suited to be a depth backup. We project he will end up with the Oakland Raiders because they could use a player of this quality to play linebacker. The Raiders currently have only 2 healthy linebackers, and none are rated better than Smith.

The Raiders currently have no linebackers under contract beyond the 2028 season, so Smith is probably looking at a one year deal, due to his rank, with the team.
