Ryan Winslow, our 7th ranked punter, is best suited to be a starter. We project he will end up with the Tennessee Titans because they could use a player of this quality to play punter. The Titans currently have only 1 healthy punters, and none are rated better than Winslow.

The Titans currently have no punters under contract beyond the 2027 season, so Winslow could see a potential long term deal with the team.
