Cory Carter, our 20th ranked punter, is best suited to be a starter. We project he will end up with the Cincinnati Bengals because they could use a player of this quality to play punter. The Bengals currently have only 1 healthy punters, and none are rated better than Carter.

The Bengals currently have no punters under contract beyond the 2027 season, so Carter may only be getting a short term deal, considering his age, with the team.
