Ryan Finley, our 68th ranked quarterback, is best suited to be a depth backup. We project he will end up with the Jacksonville Jaguars because they could use a player of this quality to play quarterback. The Jaguars currently have only 2 healthy quarterbacks, and 2 are rated better than Finley: (Trevor Lawrence and Mac Jones).
