Ryan Finley, our 49th ranked quarterback, is best suited to be a primary backup. We project he will end up with the Jacksonville Jaguars because they could use a player of this quality to play quarterback. The Jaguars currently have only 2 healthy quarterbacks, and 1 is rated better than Finley: (Trevor Lawrence).

The Jaguars currently have no quarterbacks under contract beyond the 2027 season, so Finley could see a potential long term deal with the team.
