Parker Hesse, our 62nd ranked tight end, is best suited to be a primary backup. We project he will end up with the Oakland Raiders because they could use a player of this quality to play tight end. The Raiders currently have only 2 healthy tight ends, and none are rated better than Hesse.

The Raiders currently have no tight ends under contract beyond the 2027 season, so Hesse might get longer than a one year deal with the team.
