Jalen Tolliver, our 223rd ranked wide receiver, is best suited to be a depth backup. We project he will end up with the Oakland Raiders because they could use a player of this quality to play wide receiver. The Raiders currently have only 1 healthy wide receivers, and none are rated better than Tolliver.

The Raiders currently have no wide receivers under contract beyond the 2028 season, so Tolliver is probably looking at a one year deal, due to his rank, with the team.
