Devante Downs, our 350th ranked linebacker, is best suited to be a depth backup. We project he will end up with the Cincinnati Bengals because they could use a player of this quality to play linebacker. The Bengals currently have 8 healthy linebackers, and 2 are rated better than Downs: (Germaine Pratt and Logan Wilson).
