Curtis Riley, our 25th ranked safety, is best suited to be a starter. We project he will end up with the Cincinnati Bengals because they could use a player of this quality to play safety. The Bengals currently have only 2 healthy safetys, and none are rated better than Riley.

The Bengals currently have no safetys under contract beyond the 2026 season, so Riley may only be getting a short term deal, considering his age, with the team.
