Corey Moore, our 127th ranked safety, is best suited to be a primary backup. We project he will end up with the Cleveland Browns because they could use a player of this quality to play safety. The Browns currently have 6 healthy safetys, and 1 is rated better than Moore: (Grant Delpit).
