Corey Moore, our 28th ranked safety, is best suited to be a starter. We project he will end up with the Cleveland Browns because they could use a player of this quality after losing John Johnson for an extended period of time. The Browns currently have 4 healthy safetys, and none are rated better than Moore.

The Browns currently have no safetys under contract beyond the 2026 season, so Moore may only be getting a short term deal, considering his age, with the team.
