Cameron Brate, our 160th ranked tight end, is best suited to be a depth backup. We project he will end up with the New England Patriots because they could use a player of this quality to play tight end. The Patriots currently have only 1 healthy tight ends, and 1 is rated better than Brate: (Pharaoh Brown).

The Patriots currently have no tight ends under contract beyond the 2027 season, so Brate may only be getting a short term deal, considering his age, with the team.
