Alan Cross, our 21st ranked tight end, is best suited to be a starter. We project he will end up with the New York Jets because they could use a player of this quality to play tight end. The Jets currently have only 2 healthy tight ends, and none are rated better than Cross.

The Jets currently have no tight ends under contract beyond the 2027 season, so Cross may only be getting a short term deal, considering his age, with the team.
