Terry Godwin, our 92nd ranked wide receiver, is best suited to be a primary backup. We project he will end up with the New England Patriots because they could use a player of this quality to play wide receiver. The Patriots currently have 4 healthy wide receivers, and none are rated better than Godwin.

The Patriots currently have no wide receivers under contract beyond the 2027 season, so Godwin might get longer than a one year deal with the team.
