Quintez Cephus, our 139th ranked wide receiver, is best suited to be a depth backup. We project he will end up with the Los Angeles Rams because they could use a player of this quality to play wide receiver. The Rams currently have 5 healthy wide receivers, and 3 are rated better than Cephus: (Cooper Kupp, Puka Nacua, and Tutu Atwell).
