Dillon Mitchell, our 160th ranked wide receiver, is best suited to be a depth backup. We project he will end up with the Houston Texans because they could use a player of this quality after losing Noah Brown for an extended period of time. The Texans currently have 9 healthy wide receivers, and 5 are rated better than Mitchell: (Nico Collins, Stefon Diggs, Tank Dell, Robert Woods, and Steven Sims).

The Texans currently have no wide receivers under contract beyond the 2027 season, so Mitchell is probably looking at a one year deal, due to his rank, with the team.
