Deyshawn Bond, our 69th ranked guard, is best suited to be a primary backup. We project he will end up with the New Orleans Saints because they could use a player of this quality to play guard. The Saints currently have only 1 healthy guards, and none are rated better than Bond.

The Saints currently have no guards under contract beyond the 2026 season, so Bond might get longer than a one year deal with the team.
