Jackson Porter, our 72nd ranked safety, is best suited to be a primary backup. We project he will end up with the Dallas Cowboys because they could use a player of this quality to play safety. The Cowboys currently have 5 healthy safetys, and 2 are rated better than Porter: (Trevon Diggs and Donovan Wilson).

The Cowboys currently have no safetys under contract beyond the 2026 season, so Porter might get longer than a one year deal with the team.
