Terrance Smith, our 47th ranked linebacker, is best suited to be a starter. We project he will end up with the Baltimore Ravens because they could use a player of this quality after losing Roquan Smith for an extended period of time. The Ravens currently have 320 healthy linebackers, and none are rated better than Smith.

The Ravens currently have no linebackers under contract beyond the 2027 season, so Smith may only be getting a short term deal, considering his age, with the team.
