Taylor Hart, our 84th ranked tackle, is best suited to be a primary backup. We project he will end up with the Los Angeles Rams because they could use a player of this quality to play tackle. The Rams currently have only 1 healthy tackles, and 1 is rated better than Hart: (Rob Havenstein).
