Da'Norris Searcy, our 245th ranked safety, is best suited to
be a depth backup. We project he will end up with the Miami Dolphins because they
could use a player of this quality after losing Deshon Elliott for an extended period of time. The Dolphins
currently have 251 healthy safetys, and 4 are
rated better than Searcy: (Jordan Poyer, Elijah Campbell, Siran Neal, and Jevon Holland).
The Dolphins currently have no
safetys under contract beyond the 2027 season,
so Searcy may only be getting a short term deal, considering his age, with the team.
