Cortez Broughton, our 150th ranked defensive tackle, is best suited to be a depth backup. We project he will end up with the Miami Dolphins because they could use a player of this quality after losing Justin Ellis for an extended period of time. The Dolphins currently have 6 healthy defensive tackles, and 3 are rated better than Broughton: (Isaiah Mack, Christian Wilkins, and Byron Cowart).

The Dolphins currently have no defensive tackles under contract beyond the 2027 season, so Broughton is probably looking at a one year deal, due to his rank, with the team.
