Chris Scott, our 185th ranked guard, is best suited to be a depth backup. We project he will end up with the Carolina Panthers because they could use a player of this quality to play guard. The Panthers currently have only 2 healthy guards, and 2 are rated better than Scott: (Justin Mccray and Gabe Jackson).

The Panthers currently have no guards under contract beyond the 2027 season, so Scott may only be getting a short term deal, considering his age, with the team.
