Brock Miller, our 58th ranked punter, is best suited to be a primary backup. We project he will end up with the Cleveland Browns because they could use a player of this quality to play punter. The Browns currently have only 1 healthy punters, and 1 is rated better than Miller: (Matt Haack).

The Browns currently have no punters under contract beyond the 2027 season, so Miller could see a potential long term deal with the team.
