Adrian Clayborn, our 67th ranked defensive end, is best suited to
be a primary backup. We project he will end up back with the Atlanta Falcons because they
could use a player of this quality after losing John Cominsky, Jonathan Bullard, and Steven Means for an extended period of time. The Falcons
currently have only 2 healthy defensive ends, and none are
rated better than Clayborn.
The Falcons currently have no
defensive ends under contract beyond the 2025 season,
so Clayborn may only be getting a short term deal, considering his age, with the team.
