Tony Carr, our 41st ranked point guard, is best suited to be a primary backup. We project he will end up back with the New Orleans Pelicans because they could use a player of this quality to play point guard. The Pelicans currently have only 0 healthy point guards, and none are rated better than Carr.

The Pelicans currently have no point guards under contract beyond the 2027 season, so Carr could see a potential long term contract with the team.
