We project he will end up with the Oakland Raiders because they could use a player of this quality to play wide receiver. The Raiders currently have only 0 healthy wide receivers, and none are rated better than Burnett.

The Raiders currently have no wide receivers under contract beyond the 2027 season, so Burnett could see a potential long term deal with the team.
